Terms Of Service

Communication is key! As we work, we will keep you up-to-date on all progress. We urge you to e-mail us anytime with any questions you have regarding the project were working on with you. Keeping in constant contact via e-mail keeps a written record and helps to eliminate any misunderstandings, and complications. We prefer e-mail as the primary method of contact because it keeps an electronic account of all communication with our clients. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. PlushMedia is dedicated to leaving our clients fully satisfied with their final product.

Payment. We accept all major credit cards via PayPal. If a credit card is unavailable and other arrangements need to be made, let us know. All work under $200 must be paid in full. Any work over that amount requires a nonrefundable 50% deposit, and the rest is due upon the completion and your approval of the project. PlushMedia will not deliver the project without our sample watermark until the second half is paid in full.

Turnaround. Our goal is to satisfy our customers by delivering high-quality work in a very timely manner. Our turnaround depends on the size of your project and our current workload, and can be delivered anywhere from 48 hours or less, to 2 weeks or longer. This will be discussed before we agree to begin working on your project. The sooner we have everything we need from you to complete the project, the sooner the project will be completed. Delays due to the client not providing essential items needed to complete the project are not PlushMedia's responsibility. At the time content is requested if it is not provided by the client within 30 days the project will be considered expired.

Design Credit. PlushMedia reserves the right to place a small logo, or "Designed By PlushMedia" text on any web projects. This will be done very discreetly and customized to match the layout without standing out. The logo may not be removed, and in any case that it is will be considered a violation of our terms. If you would rather not have our logo added, an additional fee will be charged on a project to project basis.
